9:00 am - 10:15am	Keynote Speaker: Mimi Swartz Mimi Swartz is the executive editor of Texas Monthly and an award winning magazine journalist. Her article, "Failing Darla" in the July 2009 issue of Texas Monthly chronicled the harsh realities for the estimated 66,000 Texans with developmental disabilities.
